Day 1:

On Sunday evening, students are invited to Diane's home in the beautiful Doria Pamphili Palace in the centre of Rome at Piazza Venezia for a welcome dinner.

Day 2:
Monday, cooking class meets from 10:00 to 1:00 with lunch consisting of food prepared in class, local specialties and wine.

Day 3:
Tuesday, cooking class meets from 10:00 to 1:00. Students can participate or sit and watch if they prefer.

Day 4:
Wednesday, cooking class meets from 10:00 to 1:00. Dishes are prepared from many Italian regions using the fresh produce in season.

Day 5:
Thursday, cooking class meets from 10:00 to 1:00. There will be an optional visit to food markets and local specialty shops before class.

Friday, class begins in the evening followed by a gala, farewell dinner.
