Day 1:
Informative Wine Seminar on tuscan wines led by a professional Sommelier. Followed by a welcome dinner at a famous Tuscan restaurant.

Day 2:
Enjoy a hands-on cooking demonstration at a chef's private residence followed by a guided tour of Siena.

Day 3:
Private wine tasting and luncheon at Castello di Monsanto with estate's owner followed by a guided tour of S. Gimignano-the town of "beautiful towers"

Day 4:
Visit the 14th century abbey at Monte Oliveto Maggiore followed by a guided tour of the 12th century Bagno Vignoni and lunch. Dinner will be at the hotel in Pienza.

Day 5:
Visit and wine tasting in Montalcino followed by lunch at a traditional Tuscan restaurant. Visit and wine tasting at Biondo Santi cellars followed by a visit to St. Antimo Abbey to hear Gregorian chanting.

Day 6:
Free day to explore Pienza and the Tuscan countryside on your own.

Day 7:
Guided walking tour of Pienza followed by a tour, tasting and lunch at Poderi Boscarelli winery. After lunch enjoy a guided tour of Montepulciano followed by a gala farewell dinner in Sinalunga.
