Day 1:
Arrival Day. Transfer from Rome to Spoleto. (2 hrs)

Day 2:
Freedom Day: · Visit Spoleto and all its rich roman sites. · Walk along the disused railway track over some spectacular viaducts to the small medieval village of Eggi. · Take the local bus to Norcia.

Day 3:
Cycle to the wine growing capital of Montefalco. (30 miles)

Day 4:
Freedom Day: · Visit the town of Bevagna, a beautiful walled town. · Cycle to Spello. · Cycle to Assisi.

Day 5:
Climb into the hills to Montecastello di Vibio. (30 miles)

Day 6:
Freedom Day: · Discover the unique walled town of Todi either by bike or on foot.

Day 7:
Cycle on traffic free roads to Lake Corbara, near Orvieto. (25 miles)

Day 8:
Freedom Day: · Cycle to Orvieto and visit the Duomo, one of the greatest Gothic buildings in Italy. · Relax by the farm’s outdoor pool. · Sample some of Orvieto’s fine white wines. · Cycle to Lake Alviano and visit the Nature Reserve

Cycle to Lake Bolsena, claimed to be one of the cleanest in Europe and is ideal for swimming and watersports. (30 miles)
