In the Kitchen with Tuscan Masters
In
the heart of the Tuscan countryside, learn the art of cooking in a region celebrated
for its cuisine. At Badia a Coltibuono, a renowned wine and olive oil estate,
we are welcomed as guests and students. This former Benedictine abbey is hailed
by Travel+Leisure magazine as one of the world’s premier Italian cooking
schools, founded by Lorenza de’Medici. In the hills of Chianti, our culinary
instruction continues at the majestic Villa Vignamaggio, a luxurious retreat
and award-winning winery. Between gastronomic pursuits, explore the countryside
on foot, taking in hilltop villages, manicured vineyards and cypress-lined footpaths.
Buon Appetito!
